FitZen offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During this period, you can explore all premium features without any charges. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without being charged.

Important: You must cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period to avoid being charged. After the trial, you will be billed $14.99/month (or $134.99/year if on the annual plan).

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

3.1 Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the Platform, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

3.2 Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.

3.3 First Month Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with FitZen within your first paid month (after the free trial), you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Subscription fees for months beyond the first paid month (except in cases of technical issues)
  • If you simply change your mind after using the service beyond the trial period
  • Account termination due to violation of Terms and Conditions
  • Failure to cancel before the trial period ends or before the next billing cycle
  • Partial month refunds (except in cases of technical issues)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant details about technical issues (if applicable)
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

7. Payment Disputes

If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us directly before disputing the charge with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
